Goals of the Program

Nursing
- ・Feel comfortable with activities such as eating, going to the bathroom, and taking afternoon naps
- ・Further develop trust with teachers and feel safe and comfortable at school
Education
- Health: Be able do things by themselves such as dressing themselves and feel accomplished doing so
- Relations with Others: Becoming able to understand others' feelings
- Environment: Become familiar with one's surroundings
- Words: Learn basic greetings and responses needed in everyday life.
- Expressions: Enjoy singing and dancing along with music and songs

Having fun with the teachers
Kids will have fun playing with the teachers. Activities include picture books, coloring, origami, or just plain make believe settings. There's never a dull moment. Kids will learn to do things together and more importantly do it in English.

Everyone loves music time!
Kids get into the rhythm and dance to the beat and best of all they'll get to hear the proper pronunciation as they learn their favorite songs.

English lesson time
Kids will sit around the table during circle time and the theme changes every month. We'll study different English words and phrases and practice listening while doing different, fun activities.

Walk on sunny days, indoor activites on rainy ones
After circle time is over, we'll either go for a walk if it's nice out or have some fun indoors with clay or blocks if it's rainy outside.

Kids eat lunch together. They'll learn proper posture when sitting and how to use eating utensils properly.

What story are we going to read today?
After lunch is over, kids will brush their teeth and the 3 year old class gets to pick out a picture book. We have lots of books available. These books are excellent teaching tools.

Sleep before afternoon activities
The 3 year old class's nap time is 90 minutes long. Kids sleep on cots and when it's over they'll feel refreshed for the afternoon.

Snack time is lots of fun!
When nap time's over, the kids will fold their blankets, wash their hands, and be given snacks. Snacks range from gelatin, senbei, and crackers. Kids always love snack time.

Afternoon English lesson
For the afternoon, we will do a review of the phrases from earlier in the day and work on phonics and other areas. The 3 year old class will practice English greetings and responses.
